
I am an experienced Strata Manager who has proficient knowledge of the property industry having been in Property Management for 5 years as well as extensive experience in the Body Corporate Industry for the last 7 years "I have a genuine passion for the industry" I began my career in Body Corporate/Strata in 2012, after being in the Property Management Industry for just over 5 years, in my career I have developed great competency in dealing with challenging situations on a daily basis. I also enjoy guiding and training junior staff which gives me a great sense of achievement. My ability to communicate with all age groups and different personalities combined with extensive conflict resolution in my day to day role has furthered me in management. I currently manage a diverse portfolio of community title schemes including residential, commercial as well as mixed/volumetric schemes. I have had the opportunity within my portfolio to be involved in several dispute resolution cases ranging from adjudication orders to resident manager terminations as well as QBCC builder warranty and liquidation matters.
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple body corporate schemes

3. Liaising with committee members, owners, and service providers to ensure smooth running of the schemes
4. Managing financial accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
5. Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating maintenance and repair works
6. Resolving disputes and conflicts within the body corporate community
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry best practices
8. Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
9. Representing the body corporate at meetings and events
10. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including committee members, owners, and service providers.

8. Handling escalated issues and resolving conflicts within the team

10. Representing the team at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
