At Stormer Music I have worked between both the Penrith and Blaxland studio. Within my role, I efficiently manage over 200 students, and I have the following responsibilities:

• Managing schedules
• Creating leads, following up consistently and fostering long term enrolments
• Use of CRM (keap), as well as Xero, Acuity, Eway
• Hiring teachers and assessing studio needs
• Managing payment schedules
• Managing invoices and bank reconciling

• Quality checking teacher video lesson uploads and assessing quality of lessons

• Working with Music Therapy and therapy students, gaining knowledge into types of NDIS funding
