- As a business and as an individual we have won multiple industry awards and I have attended gala dinners, presented at expos and attended events as the brand ambassador
- As an emergency nurse I had a passion for helping others and I saw a need for a swim school that could attend to homes because lots of children were falling through the cracks
- In an attempt to help make the community more water safe I started my mobile business, the timing was perfect for me as I had my first child in September 2014
- My role as owner was to support this team and motivate them so we could get the most out of our little team and make a real difference to the community
- I loved the challenge of communicating with them all, supporting them all and discovering how their different personality types responded and grew with different forms of feedback
- The swim school is still continuing in Darwin even though I have relocated to the Sunshine Coast; I have a few clients on the Sunshine Coast now as well however the need isn't as crucial due to the different pool fencing laws in Queensland
