I worked behind the bar and on the floor as well as food service during functions (weddings, christenings etc.)

General retail duties : Customer assistance, sales and stocktake.

Worked as a barista on game days at the coffee stand.

The facility doubled as a function venue so I would work the bar during events, serving drinks, clearing glasses and cleaning at the end of the night.
