Responsibilities
- Administer scheduled and PRN medications including S4 and S8 (oral, buccal, intranasal, PEG)
- Monitor vital signs and manage complex seizure activity
- Perform oral suctioning and oxygen therapy via nasal prongs
- Support oral feeding and prepare and administer PEG feeds
- Perform pressure area care (skin checks and regular repositioning)
- Assist with ADLs (toileting, grooming, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene)
- Assist with daily therapy program (standing frame, orthotics, electrical stimulation, Theratogs, strengthening and ranging programs)
- Hoisting and positioning in mobility and self-care devices
- Set up and use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) equipment
- Complete accurate documentation and handover using ISOBAR
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships on behalf of real estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Independently communicate directly with clients via phone and email
- Identify real estate and finance opportunities through client conversations
- Accurately record conversation notes and update digital data in CRM systems
- Complete administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by team leaders
- Manage client complaints and escalate through appropriate channels as required

Supported data collection for Australia wide study looking at function in people with skeletal dysplasia (assisted with data collection of 67/150 participants)

- Collect basic anthropometric measurements (height and weight)
- Document medical history including medications and surgeries
- Complete basic balance assessments including Sit to Stand and 6-minute walk tests
- Assist with study protocol set up following standardised protocols
- These research findings were published internationally in January of 2021. An additional two papers are currently under development
