My teaching approach is focused on creating an upbeat, challenging, and flowing atmosphere that keeps clients engaged and motivated. With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics, as well as three years of teaching experience, I am confident in my ability to correct form, provide clear cues, and implement progressions and regressions to ensure every participant feels supported. I design classes that cater to a variety of skill levels, making them enjoyable for everyone.
As an owner of a Pilates business, I understand the importance of fostering positive relationships between clients and staff. My top priority is to ensure that each individual feels valued and welcomed every time they walk through the doors of Aloha Active.
