With a background in administration and HR from Bangladesh and my current studies at Monash University, I bring strong interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

My experience managing teams and working in fast-paced environments has sharpened my ability to communicate effectively and maintain high standards of service.

In addition, I have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices, as well as culinary and customer service skills, which will allow me to contribute positively to the team. I offer a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

I am excited to apply my skills in food preparation and customer interaction to the food industry and further develop them within the team. I am particularly drawn to staff development courses, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the team’s success.
