I currently taking up CERTIFICATE III IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT at Solis College Adelaide SA. Aged care support workers role is to support people to be as independent as they can. As well as day to day support, this will include supporting people with tasks around their home such as cooking and cleaning, going out, or taking part in activities and attending somewhere, or going on holiday, also their personal care like toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime or medication administration, Transport: appointments or shopping trips.
