Compassionate Registered Nurse with a great ability to build therapeutic relationships and use critical thinking skills. With experience in the Acute Ward, Aged Care Ward, and Emergency Department I finish my graduate year on the 4th of February. I have had positive feedback from all departments about my performance and attitude. I believe that the interchangeable professional skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, time management, and reflection of practice that I obtained in previous career have contributed to this success. Furthermore, my ability to emphasise with patients, build therapeutic relationships, commit to professional development, and be a reliable team player, in combination with the nurturing environment at Mossman Hospital made for a great start of my career as a registered nurse.
