Hi, my name is Mathilde. I'm a 19-year-old girl from Copenhagen, Denmark. I recently relocated to Melbourne in the hopes of experiencing the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Australia has to offer. In just my first month here, I’ve already felt this sense of welcomeness which is something that I am eager to explore more of by joining the workforce.

With more than 3 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve worked in various of settings from a busy bakery and a casual restaurant to a fine dining restaurant. These diverse roles have given me a well-rounded understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to adapt to different environments with ease. I'm currently searching for a job that will allow me to experience the warmth and friendliness of the country while putting my skills to a new challenge.
