  • Statement of Work – SCMC Request for Proposal and Readiness: Following the Asset Management Analysis, I was commissioned to perform a comprehensive process analysis and ICT maturity assessment for the SEQwater Collaborative Maintenance Contract (SCMC). The aim of this assignment was to evaluate the current ERP and process maturity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for vendors to address. Although this piece of work was relatively brief (approximately six weeks), it was essential to the success of the SCMC project and ensured that prospective partners could position their bids appropriately.
  • Statement of Work – Maintenance Management System Improvement (MMSI): Once the SCMC work went to market, I was engaged to undertake the business analysis and process improvement activities on the MMSI project. The goal of this project was to implement mobile technology for the maintenance teams in preparation for the SCMC onboarding. My responsibilities included performing detailed business process analysis (Level 3 to 6) from the As-Is state to the To-Be state, developing the test strategy, plan, and execution, defining business, functional, and non-functional requirements of the mobility solution, and guiding the analysis team. This required working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including tradesmen, senior managers, and research scientists, to build a solution suitable for the entire maintenance delivery team.
