  • Receiving, processing and storing inward goods accurately. Pack and distribute hampers, record goods distributed.

  • I created three information sessions using PowerPoint to induct support staff, providing an overview of client behavioural, health and mealtime support needs.
  • Trained 318 staff in the Maybo Behavioural De-escalation and Personal Safety package. Staff were better equipped to support clients expressing emotional distress through behaviours.
  • I regularly used computer-based software systems to report and update client information, as well as Excel spreadsheets, to monitor service delivery outputs. Provided evidence for service re-accreditation.
  • The Public Trust approached me to connect them with a client’s family regarding the National Redress Scheme for people who have experienced institutional child sexual abuse. Client's rights upheld.
