  • Co-lead the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Project alongside the Senior Risk Officer incorporating consultation with department leaders and supervisors to identify risks and barriers across a complex work environment. Consult with Diversity and Inclusion team to progress the employee consultation phase of the project with a view to deepen learnings and empower individuals, teams and leaders
  • Develop 2024 Safety Week Schedule and lead communications with National Safety Operations Manager and internal communications team.
  • Develop a working committee for the new wellbeing strategy project to align to the 2024 to 2026 strategic goals and psychosocial risk profile to drive engagement, work design and impact
  • Engage leaders and departments to support injured or unwell team members to remain engaged with work through manager coaching and strategies to build safe, respectful and positive environments
  • Work with the onsite Health Centre to implement health promotion initiatives and awareness campaigns to prevent illness and health conditions and for prevention and monitoring of injuries.
