In my position at Downey Park Netball, I have assisted with paperwork and document binding efficiently, managed control desk operations during netball events and the season, including conducting timing, making announcements, and entering data online. I have executed social media marketing campaigns to promote events, addressed inquiries from parents and players promptly, coordinated the setup and pack-up of courts for events, and demonstrated reliability in completing tasks in a timely manner.

In my role at Zarraffas I have utilized POS systems to process transactions efficiently, collaborated with our team to achieve KPI’s in a fast-paced environment, prepared food and drinks to a high quality standard, adapted quickly to dynamic situations ensuring a timely service for all customers, and provided exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction.

Led coaching efforts for non-competitive netball teams at both Canons and Pine Hills throughout three years. Focusing on skill development for young girls aspiring to excel in netball, I have acquired strong organizational abilities to foster teamwork toward common goals, transitioning to assistant coaching a more competitive team in 2025, enhancing leadership experience.

I've provided casual babysitting services for family and friends for over three years, currently babysitting three times a week. I supervise and care for children while assisting with household chores, gaining independence through hands-on experiences with the responsibility of the children and family support.
