- Owing to my effective management of the Non-conveyable area, I was invited to spend a week with the afternoon shift to provide training.
- By the start of August 2024, I had begun to take on more responsibilities and assumed the role of an acting leading hand.
- I became proficient in all my tasks at Kemps Creek, to the extent that Patrick and Tynon told me I could self-manage and position myself where I was needed most.
- My assertiveness grew from working here, and by the time I relocated to Kemps Creek, I was eager to learn how to do everything.
- Over the years, I sought greater challenges, which led me to start wrapping and pick packing.
