I am an Animation and Interactive Media student at RMIT with a background in customer-facing roles. I have gained communication skills, multitasking, and problem-solving skills during my experience in fast-paced customer service roles. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I am also confident in handling verbal communication, including phone-based customer interactions such as appointment scheduling and enquiry handling. I am now seeking part-time opportunities where I can apply my interpersonal abilities and continue to grow professionally while balancing my studies.
