• Led Babycare Operations in startup green/led site in Nigeria with +70 employees including line manager, process engineers, line technicians and technical support team.

• Led Quality Assurance systems startup for new Babycare Plant including passing pre-startup Quality audits and leading product Quality validation for all production lines.
