I am a hardworking and highly motivated employee with skills that enable me to work well in a customer service environment. Since starting my role at BIS, I have provided administrative support to the field service team by preparing and maintaining records, documents, and reports. Additionally, I do weekly payroll, invoicing, mining inductions, and medicals. I create work orders, order uniforms, and generate purchase orders. I also maintain a relationship with our customers and work closely with the admin manager and field service manager to ensure all areas of the field service team are organized. I believe this role at BIS has enabled me to advance my skills and knowledge in an administrative environment and will allow me to grow within the business.
While working at Crown Equipment as the Service Administrator my key responsibilities are processing service job reports, pay roll, invoicing, allocation of jobs, creating purchase orders, emailing internal and external customers, assisting the admin manager, setting up customers and trucks, inductions and mining medicals, final costing of fleet customers, organising and maintaining documents, files and records.
This role has enabled me to challenge myself in all areas and I strongly believe that it has set me up well to move forward in my career.
While working at Kmart I engaged positively with each customer, providing profession and polite support for all sales and service needs. I worked in a fast paced environment which allowed me to develop great communication skills and also frequently working in a team environment which I believe has positively impacted my career today.
