Hello, My name is Natalie Douglas & I would like to apply for your position of educator. I have been working in the early childhood Sector for over 8 years now & in various of roles. I decided to peruse a career in early childhood once I had my own children and realised how much loved playing such a big part in their development and watching how my children would learn. So I started out as a workplace student at GoodStart in Gatton studying my certificate 3 before landing my first job at Free Range Kids Gatton and finishing my certificate 3 in early childhood education at the start of 2021. I've also been the assistant lead educator along side the ECT at edge early learning in 2023. Also previously done many other roles such as toddlers & kindy assistant, bus driver and centre cook & lead for nursery & OSHC aswell. I then become the lead educator & responsible person (3IC) for plainland kindergarten in 2024. I am super passionate about being an early childhood educator and love that I am able to help grow and guide children throughout there most important years before heading off to school and for many years after. I work extremely hard, providing 100% effort and dedication into my role as not only an educator but as a colleague too. I'm extremely bubbly with an outgoing personality and always loves to be apart of the team. Being an early childhood educator is a career that I plan on being involved in for a very long time.
