- Reduced the vacancy rate within Mitigation crews across North East Area Commander by running a successful and independent recruitment campaign. This campaign reduced the vacancy rate down to 4 positions from 12 across the entire command.
- Collaborated with Coffs Coast district to ensure that the Next Generation Bushfire plan was endorsed and implement on time, the first across all 6 districts and 4th across the state.
- Implemented and endorsed the old Grafton Rd Fire trail as a registered fire trail, the first in North East Area Command. A large fire trail that had complex issues with Forestry Corp and local landowners.
