• Leading an Evolutionary Architecture for the Payments Over the Counter (OTC) product as it evolved over phases
• Handling Operations for PSP product and transitioning it to CPP
• Enabling Operations observability to triage and troubleshoot issues
• Liaising with SNSW Finance team for reconciliation and settlement issues
• Established a new over the counter ecosystem in VMWare TAS with design, front-end and back-end reusable components, and shared services

• Creating PSP kiosk channel for payments to facilitate self service payments at the service centre

Worked as a consultant at APRA with the product D2A (Direct to APRA), Macquarie Bank with the WRAP Investment platform and building the reconciliation engine services for Service NSW.
