Ive been butchering for nearly 4 years and I would love to keep butchering, looking for a full time job, I’m ok with part time.
I’ve worked at Newstead Butchers for almost 4 years (full time) I passed my apprenticeship early, I’ve got a lot of experience as a butcher on the value adding side of things, I know how to break carcasses lamb, beef, and pork. I did that every week, so breaking carcasses is easy work for me.
