I currently work as a Early Customer Engagement specialist within the Commonwealth Bank, where our aim is to provide financial assistance solutions for customers when it comes to their repayments for credit products. Working in this environment has allowed me to develop a firm understanding in the area of finances and banking, and continues to add to my skillset to deal with customers in an efficient manner. Creating a safe space for customers where their personal banking matters can be discussed is greatly important, and this can be achieved by some of the strongest abilities I obtain, which include; Active listening skills, great communication and educating customers with product knowledge. As these skills are brought into effect, they are greatly inspired by three values CBA highlights as a business and that is to display care, courage and commitment to our customers, which in return creates an amazing customer service experience.

I currently work for a photo/video business, assisting in capturing special moments at different kind of events. This field of work is people-centred, which builds my qualities when it comes to dealing with customers, as it will assist my ability to communicate, perform and be comfortable with anything related to such. Working within this environment has allowed me to not only communicate with customers but also enhance my team engagement with various colleagues which builds our team and culture.

Working at Dominos, as a delivery driver has assisted me in learning new skills that I can apply to daily tasks, which help improve my efficiency and productivity. Whilst also working in-store I carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently. And amongst all my work, I demonstrated respect, friendliness, and willingness to help wherever needed. I held a strong work ethic and am enthusiastic when working at all times.
