• Led a team of 5 developers in the development, bug fixing, and enhancement of the portal based on requirements and defects raised through ALM/Quality Center.
• Provided technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them navigate complex issues and improve coding practices.
• Conducted code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality code.
• Actively participated in technical discussions with onsite teams to assess the feasibility of solutions and ensure that requirements were met efficiently.

• Actively addressing and resolving defects to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
