  • I needed to create a healthy learning environment by communicating effectively, using digital tools, and applying my creativity to create content for emails, downloads and the staff communication application (workjam).
  • I also had the responsibility for facilitating content for new team, as well as content for existing team members
  • By hosting core, I needed to plan and co-ordinate sessions by working with the relevant stakeholders, such as People Operations team, Store Managers and Supervisors to help team be apart of core and grow and learn new skills by facilitating
  • I had to shadow team who were new to facilitating and ensure they received the relevant feedback to help them develop as a facilitator
  • I also needed to align with leadership priorities to work together and fulfill the needs of the store
  • I also had the responsibility of looking at data from Tableau and other formats in order to assess and improve the learning within store and work with relevant departments, such as the Operations supervisor, Genius Bar supervisor, and Product zone supervisor to support and encourage learning and development and have coherence across the board
  • In this role, I was also responsible for creating of the download roster, cordinating and encouraging team members who were looking to facilitate a topic to present on each day
  • This also enabled me to support different team and align everyone to one vision, as I had meetings with different departments and was able to breach and help align people through suggesting similar outcomes and goals or strategies which were fulfilled and communicated in downloads and successfully communicated in store.

  • At Stanley Street butcher I processed orders during the pandemic
  • We adapted to going online and served customers through a port in the front door
  • Our online order system entailed ensuring stock was sufficient, repacking shelves, packaging orders, and engaging with customers concerning products and deliveries
  • Whilst the pandemic changed the way we served customers we continued to remain vigilant in the quality of our customer service, ensuring that through a very difficult season people were still able to purchase their favorite products and remain safely at home
  • As restrictions eased, I served customers in person by packaging meat, orders, and processing payments electronically
  • From time to time, the butchers asked for assistance & often advised me on different cuts of meat, or the seasoning and process
  • Working there was incredibly enjoyable, however due to the pandemic they needed to cut back on staff.
