During my time at the polo flat pre cast facility I have gained a number of skills, tickets and knowledge that have allowed me to progress into my console operator role. This role involves the management of ordering, pouring and managing the facilitation of each concrete segment, electrical and mechanical fault finding, ensuring production numbers are exceeding expectations and delegating staff and communication between multiple teams. It is my job to address and ensure the pre cast plant runs at its full potential. I have also enjoyed filling in as a leading hand on numerous occasions which has allowed me to step into a leadership position, something that im open to doing in the future to enhance my opportunities.
