• Operate HR tipper trucks to transport and deliver materials to and from worksites.
• Perform roller operations to compact and finish road base, and other surfaces to project specifications.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, trenching, and backfilling to support civil works.
• Safely handle and maintain tools, plant, and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks on vehicles and machinery to ensure operational readiness.

• Operated Machinery- to produce high quality plastic packaging products and consistently met production targets. Picking and packing orders when required
• Product Quality- performed regular product quality checks to ensure products are of the highest standard. Identified issues with product quality which resulted in cost savings.
• Extrusion Operator- ensured the best possible quality of plastic sheet was being produced whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Set up precise machine controls to regulate material flow, temperature and pressure
• Overhead Cranes - regular use of overhead cranes to move large silo bags of plastic regrind
• Pallet Trucks- regular use of pallet trucks (electric & manual) to move pallets into storage department

• CNC Plasma - used CNC plasma to cut metal parts which were to be welded into finished high quality products
• Band Saw- cutting steel beams and posts to required lengths using tape measure
• Fork & Combi lift - manoeuvring large machinery to move finished lintel products to required area (Spray Shed)
• Dispatch administrator- highly experienced in working in the office in this organisation also, dealing with customers on the phone and in person

• Preparation - assisted on sites by following a strict drill pattern ensuring all cavities were filled with bonded insulation. Developed cash handling skills by paying suppliers and collecting from consumers.
• Teams Relations- maintained excellent team relationships by helping others during difficult, two-person insulation installation jobs.
• General Labouring duties - Brushing and tidying, organising equipment.
• Measured & Marked- openings and distances to lay out areas for drilling.
