As the sole lawyer practicing in Family Law and Wills & Estates, I am responsible for all matters and enquiries relating to Family Law, Wills and Probate. I also assisted in creating precedents for the firm and the creation of a streamlined intake process for my area of work.

As a majority of my clients spoke a language other than English, I established a strong client base of Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients. This also allowed me to meet and maintain friendly connection with other multilingual lawyers in practicing in various areas of laws.

As a Graduate Lawyer, I am responsible for the drafting and filing of all documents for a divorce application in my team, as well as appearing in divorce hearings.

My work also includes assisting a more senior solicitor in interim or final hearings, drafting affidavits, consent orders, binding financial agreements, binding child support agreements and loan agreements for family law purposes.

As the Quality Control and Governance Officer in this fire testing facility, I am responsible for making sure the company is complying with Australian, New Zealand and international fire testing standards when conducting each fire test.

Our clients are mainly builders and developers whom require our expert opinion on building materials and fire safety, for the construction of properties in the ACT.

I am also responsible for conducting internal audits and preparing the company for accreditation for each fire test and occupational health and safety.
