Rob (Zeyuan) Zhang

• As a private tutor, I tailored individual lesson plans for each of my 8 students. Many of whom are studying a 3/4 subject.
• I used my experiences as a student to give creative insights in fields such as essay writing. This included things such as addressing nuances in texts, writing two-part topic sentences as well as developing thematic approaches to interpret texts.
• I planned individual lessons using skills obtained from outdoor education, ensuring that all lesson plans were aligned with the current study design, as well as suited to the academic capabilities of each student.
• Homework is designed such that it targets students' weaknesses. This included using past exam questions for mathematical subjects, as well as doing timed questions for humanity subjects such as economics

• In 2023, I was the Captain for outdoor education: I assisted with the briefing of camps to younger year levels, the promotion of the program at assemblies as well as managing bushwalking and rock-climbing clubs
• In 2024 I returned as an outdoor staff. I group lead year 7-10 boys to ensure a successful outdoor program, applied first aid when needed, assisted with activites such a hiking and rafting and managed food and water supplies.
• Received workplace training through-out 2024 to become more knowledgable in outdoor skills such as group management, knot tying and terrain navigation

• Employed as an event staff for the whole two week of the 2023 Australian open season
• Worked in a variety of positions, including ticketing, merchandise sales, hydration, turnstile operating and elevator management.
• Received workplace training to assist with crowd control and management of emegency situations.
