• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as administering medication and providing PEG/Pure'/Normal feeding options.

• Monitoring heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels while attaching and detaching CPAP and oximeter machine.

• Assisting clients with safe mobility aids, including ceiling/manual hoists, electric/manual wheelchairs, and walkers, as well as transferring between chairs, beds, and other areas.

• Reporting Incidents and recording medication and mealtime management.

• Following procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment, including proper sanitation and infection control protocols.

• Helping residents move safely using mobility aids and assisting with transferring between chairs, beds, and other areas.
• Under supervision, helping residents with activities like dressing, grooming, bathing, and using the restroom.

• Working together with lifestyle coordinators, PCAs, nurses, and other employees to deliver comprehensive care that is suited to the needs of the residents.
• Adhering to workplace policies regarding privacy, safety, and moral principles when providing care.

· Assisting clients with community access and domestic cleaning

· Preparing meals and administering medication as per care plan.

· Recording medication administration, bowel care, fluid intake, and shift notes.

· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.

· Washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing, bedding, and other linens, sorting and labeling laundry to ensure correct distribution.

· Assisting with food preparation and meal service, supporting dietary needs and ensuring food safety compliance.

· Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
