  • In the hotel with 3 kitchen (fine dining, pub and production kitchen), i started from pub kitchen and rotate to different section, running larder, grill, larder and room service.
  • Rotated shift mainly for Atrium larder section and room service, also have 1-2 days for breakfast in a busy day average 100-150 pax, up to 190.
