Higher Duties: Casual Supervisor
- Ability to manage a large group of staff, delegate roles effectively and create positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues to maximise staff efficiency
- Experienced in dealing with clients and managing events independently and with colleagues
- Extensive knowledge in setting tables with linen and correct placement of silverware, glasses and other mise en plus
- Experienced in training and developing staff, ranging from providing buddy-up shifts to first time hospitality workers.
- Experienced in demonstrating excellent time management, procedural knowledge, and ability to make prompt autonomous decisions when necessary.
- Strong service orientation with reliable 3 plate carry ability, excellent table maintenance, strong sequence of service knowledge and capable at providing consistent exceptional service to large amount of guests
