Significant Highlights

• Joined Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) during its early entry into the Philippines market, and took the initiative to expand our marketing efforts beyond Metro Manila and into other key cities. By identifying untapped regions and actively pursuing new leads, I was able to help establish our presence in Cebu City and generate strong interest in our services. This approach led to securing new projects and significantly contributed to the growth in visibility and revenue of the newly launched Philippines branch.
• Stepped in to coordinate closely with an international hotel operator to address and resolve issues and misunderstandings that arose during the project. My role involved acting as the main point of contact between them and our internal team, ensuring clear communication, and alignment across all parties. By fostering mutual understanding and proactively clarifying expectations. I helped maintain smooth collaboration and prevent future miscommunication.
• Successfully generated qualified leads that resulted in receiving formal RFPs from potential clients. Took ownership of reviewing RFP requirements and led the preparation and submission of tailored bid proposals, aligning closely with client expectations and project goals.
