I display initiative and enthusiasm in my work and will offer excellent care. Throughout my schooling, being involved in many group activities and leadership programs, I grasped the opportunity to advance my own skills while supporting my fellow colleagues in a teamwork environment. • Throughout my retail job at coles supermarket, I gained a outstanding amounts of skill and knowlegde mainly for dealing with customers and how to work throughout my shift to end with successful results to please me and my team members. These skills include managing time throughout my shift which include me arriving on time to start my shift, portion out my work thoroughly and give my self time to work on each task given, to end with great results when the shift is over. Dealing with different types of customers has certainly been the biggest skill i have gained, wether its dealing with a complaint, upset customer or a tricky customer i have it all down and know how to give the customer what they are after and make sure they leave the store happier when they came, as a worker the best mindset i have built, is the customer is always right, which will allow you to get to a solution with the customer fastest as yous will both be pleased.
