With years experience as a Disability Support Worker and months experience in the aged care sector I am dedicated to comprehensive, compassionate and individualized participant and residential care. Through what I now know from being a team leader in hospitality which can also be applicable as a support worker and healthcare worker, is that communication, adaptability and patience are critical. I am ambitious to face new challenges and learn new skills, whilst providing interpersonal care. My passion for being a healthcare worker derives from a purpose of wanting to enhance the well being and quality of life for residents and their families. I have a personable, positive, and outgoing nature, but also adapt to people and situations. To add, through experience with both healthcare and hospitality I have learnt excellent conflict resolution skills.
