As a dedicated graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, I deliver compassionate, evidence-based support to people experiencing mental health challenges and disability across diverse settings—including aged care, forensic mental health hospitals, and community outreach services. I have worked effectively with individuals aged 6 to 60+, adapting my approach to cultural and individual needs, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. My strengths include clear communication, calm crisis management, psychoeducation and goal-oriented, person centred practice. I am committed to continuing my professional growth as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner and to creating meaningful outcomes for clients, families and
carers.
