- As an assistant float I rotated around each age group filling in the position of a group leader or an assistant while the group leader had programming. While filling in I was in charge of making sure the room was running correctly and the organised program set was followed, allowing the children to feel comfortable in the room. I was also group leader for the school aged children that arrived in the afternoon to the centre. My job was to plan a program to have the children socialise and interact with each other while in the centre.
