I bring a unique combination of leadership, communication, and advocacy skills developed through my experience as both a high-level parasport coach and team captain, as well as a disability awareness speaker. As a coach and captain, I excel in strategic thinking, team development, and mentoring athletes to achieve peak performance. I lead by example, fostering collaboration, resilience, and a strong team culture. As a disability awareness speaker, I use storytelling and lived experience to educate and inspire audiences, promoting inclusion, accessibility, and understanding.
