I am a Registered Nurse of 5 years who is passionate about making a difference in the community through providing holistic, evidence-based care in a culturally sensitive manner. I aspire to use my clinical skills in order to contribute to a constructive and professional workplace by drawing on my background in person-centred care which has been developed through my years as a nurse in a variety of different healthcare settings. I have a strong commitment to empowering people in the community and improving health outcomes for all. My personal career goal is to work within remote areas as I feel I may be able to make a positive impact in said communities by providing safe, culturally, and clinically competent care to the people residing in said locations. I am very keen for a challenge, and this has always been an objective I have been incredibly enthusiastic about due to my own personal experience growing up in rural and remote Australia.
