1. Managing projects such as the Petauke to Chilongozi Road Upgrading Project in Eastern Province, Zambia; the Low Volume Seal Roads (LVSR) Upgrading Project for the Phalombe-Mpata-Nkhulambe (8 km) road; and the design, supervision, and upgrading of Kitwe Urban Roads. He was responsible for task breakdown, progress management, quality control, and risk monitoring in line with the overall project objectives. He also developed detailed project plans to ensure the timely and quality delivery of each project.

2. Leading the project team in identifying specific requirements and delivery standards for the road construction projects, reviewing and signing relevant contracts on behalf of the company, and delegating tasks to the project team, including but not limited to contractors, subcontractors, and designers. He coordinated both internal and external relationships to ensure effective resource utilization and efficient project progress.

3. Overseeing project management for the road construction projects, planning, coordinating, and monitoring all tasks throughout the project cycle to ensure the projects proceeded according to plan. He promptly provided solutions to any issues that arose.

4. Conducting comprehensive evaluations of the project’s progress, assessing risks such as delays and material supply shortages, and developing contingency plans in advance. He also adjusted the risk management plan in real-time, as needed, based on the actual project conditions.

5. Organizing contractors, budget managers, finance personnel, and other relevant teams to jointly assess the costs of road construction projects. He developed detailed budgeting strategies and management systems for all cost items, including human resources, financial resources, and equipment, and supervised their implementation.

6. Regularly reporting project execution status to stakeholders and senior management, compiling progress reports covering aspects such as project timelines, risks, changes, issues encountered, and proposed solutions.
