I’ve been team caption for multiple seasons playing afl, one of which we won the premiership. I led as a good role model for my team and i encouraged everyone to always try their hardest. i believe i showed good leadership and was a trustful caption with good commutation skills. This last year, i have enjoyed working. I’ve become more independent as a person and due to earning and handling my money, i feel i have become more responsible and gained relevant skills. This would be a great experience and chance to meet so many people and expanse my skills further. Mcdonald’s have provided me with excellent learning opportunities that have prepared me for future workplaces.
