• Worked from 9:00PM - 4:00AM shifts, engaging closely with the younger youth that's on the streets late at night.
• Actively listening to kids & getting a sense of why they'd rather be out late & not at home. All the information that's gathered at night are than sent through to our Family support officers that tackles everything during the day & see if referrals are need to be set in place.
• Patrol the public areas, local businesses, school, hospital etc. All in which to see a decrease in the criminal crime rates.
• Promoted community integration by providing extensive physical, emotional and social support.
• Document and complete accurate updates to case records.
• Visit & work directly with parents & children to ensure we're providing the right services & referrals that suits both the parents & child needs to be able to reach a positive outcome.

• The safe house assists in devising family welfare solutions & services, & provides accommodation to women with or without children, impacted by family & domestic violence or other forms of crisis.

• Provide a wide variety of information & community-based services to local people.

• Working permanently part time as a Youth worker , some of my requirements were to design & deliver youth programs & activities within the community events.

• Working voluntarily as a Youth worker, as part of my training in Community Services. Some of my task consist of planning & organising the delivery of youth programs.

• Assist with the supervision & education of younger children in childcare.
