As a Community Corrections Unit Leader and Manager I developed team members and processes of service delivery for the supervision offenders to influence behavioral change through intensive case management and therapeutic programs for reducing re-offending.

• Vocational & Educational Training, Education Reform Program, Corrective Service Industries. Pre and Post release vocation programs building skills for employment integration upon release.
• Managed prioritized restructure descaling FTE from 600 to 300, enhancing role responsibilities and outsourcing qualification courses to registered RTO of TAFE NSW.

• Security and Prison Bed Capacity Program Infrastructure and security level upgrades for 3 Correctional Complex of Long Bay, Silverwater & Windsor. Enhancing electronic systems, parameter fixes, living and facility quarters.
• Response to Minister request to address overpopulation issue, immediately creating accommodation for 600 inmates Statewide.
• Prepared variety of different assessment reports and planning packages for selection of infrastructure upgrades and population expansions based on cost, time and quality.

• Leading teams, improved legislative processes and service delivery to manage and monitor risks and rehabilitation of NSW's most high risk and high profile inmates via intense case management, monitoring and surveillance.
• Developing partnerships and services for Courts, Intervention Services, Correctional Centres, Police and Health.
• Managing the most complex caseload of 30 Extended Supervision Orders of sex and violent offenders for over 12 months return the highest KPIs of offender management standards of 88% overall success.
