Asom Chatra Parishad is the student wing of the ruling political Party, Asom Gana Parishad of the Indian state of Assam. I was the Jorhat District Education Secretary and was dealing with all the necessary events revolving around education and campaign.

The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) is an Initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India for selected Higher Education Institutes. MHRD has established ‘MHRD’s own Innovation Cell (MIC)’. The primary mandate of MIC is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by supporting them to work with new ideas and transform their idea into prototypes, while they are in formative years. MIC plans to achieve this by systematically fostering the culture of Innovation amongst all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), by creating individual ‘Institution’s Innovation Council (IICs)’ across selected HEIs.

• Oversaw the successful completion of external audits without any major findings or issues raised by other council members.
• Implemented strategies to improve organizational financial performance.

I was working as a social worker for this NGO. The NGO was dealing with the societal problems like gender issues, health, and helping under privileged children.

The Voyage is the official magazine of the Amity Institute Of Social Sciences(AISS). I was coordinating all the activities between the students and our magazine members. From selecting essays, articles to making and editing of the magazine.

I was working as a research analyst for the NGO. The NGO I worked was dealing with climate change and was trying to make a village climate resilient and sustainable. I had to collect data from various sources and analyse it for further processing.

That Internship really helped me in gaining and leveraging my knowledge and skills, here are some of it:

• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
• Developed organizational skills through managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Contributed to a positive team environment by collaborating with fellow interns on group projects and presentations.
• Prepared project presentations and reports to assist senior staff.
