Living Inside the Home: Paint

• Includes assisting customers with color selection, paint types, and preparation techniques, as well as handling tasks like tinting, mixing, and ensuring product availability. Also contributing to maintaining the paint department's overall presentation and stock management.

• Responsible for managing customer special orders placed through various channels, including online, in-store, and over the phone.
• Involves ensuring a positive customer experience by processing orders, contacting suppliers, resolving issues, and sourcing items from different locations or suppliers.

Front-End Administration

• Focuses on customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience at the checkout.
• Responsible for assisting customers and handling transactions.

• Responsible for overseeing junior and social sports competitions.
• Responsible for overseeing junior swan coaching programs on days of operation.
• Responsible for creating fixtures within the Sportfix software, and publishing them for patrons to view.
• Rostered umpiring and coaching staff for shifts in the junior and social competitions, as well as external school engagement programs.

Notable Achievements.

• Successfully organized and staffed the Summer 2024 Swan Active Cup, which was the first event to run over a two-day period.
• Successfully hosted the Ellenbrook Primary interschool basketball competitions in 2024 and 2025, which involved the time operation of games, and staffing of the event.

• Responsible for the operation and management of both junior and senior basketball and netball competitions.
• Officiated basketball games to a very high standard, applying FIBA rules fairly and consistently, with an unbiased perspective.
• Applied Swan Active By-Laws to competitions.
• The senior referee coached the newly recruited staff members.
• Managed the conflict that arose in the sporting and coaching settings.
