- Currently Referral Manager at National Clinical Services, a busy sleep and respiratory clinic in Armidale since February 2024. Administration, dealing with Specialist and GP referrals, Medicare and patients on the phone on a regular basis. Occasional reception when management are away. While at NCS I have learned data entry, appointment bookings on Zanda, cold calling patients to complete patient screening forms. We have recently changed over to Lightspeed, I have assisted clients for sales in person and over the phone.
