I have developed my adaptability and customer service skills in fast-paced retail environment, whilst focusing on providing excellent customer experiences. I am diligent worker who utilises their communication and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Currently, I wish to further develop such skills as I have a strong foundation in teamwork and customer engagement.

I am personable and highly enthusiastic, and ensure I use my strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude when interacting with customers. I am knowledgeable about product merchandising and point-of-sale systems, with a knack for identifying customer needs and providing tailored recommendations. I am extremely dedicated to driving sales and hope to enhance customer satisfaction as a part of your company's team.

I was one of seventeen students that was selected to participate in the prestigious New Colombo Plan China Study Tour Scholarship, which consisted of a 2 week program based at Sichuan Agricultural University (SAU) in Chengdu and Ya’an, China. This mobility project included my participation in dynamic academic lectures, hands-on workshops, industry networking and site tours, of both an agricultural nature, and of numerous companies facilities. The tour allowed me to gather cutting-edge insights into various fields of agriculture, biotechnology, and sustainability. Additionally it fostered my cross-cultural competence through Mandarin language courses and my participation in traditional Chinese cultural activities. This study tour aided in helping empower students to thrive in globalised workforces.

I am an avid rock climber who enjoys playing netball, beach volleyball and cross country running. I also enjoy a good book and like going swimming when I can.
