• Building and Maintaining Relationships:-Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the medical community.
  -Acting as a point of contact for medical professionals, addressing their queries and concerns regarding pathology services.
• Providing Scientific Information: Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and data in the field of pathology.
  Provided scientific expertise and resources to medical professionals, helping them understand and utilise pathology testing and services effectively.
  Presented scientific information and data at medical conferences and meetings.
• Promoting Pathology Services: Promote the strengths and capabilities of the pathology laboratory to the medical community.
  -Ensure that medical professionals are aware of the range of tests and services offered by the laboratory.
  -Supported the business development and marketing efforts of the pathology laboratory.
• Gathering Market Intelligence: Collecting and analysing feedback from medical professionals to identify areas for improvement in pathology services.
• Identify emerging trends and unmet needs in the field of pathology.
• Other Responsibilities: Developing and implement training programs for medical professionals on the use of pathology services.
  Collaborate with other departments within the pathology laboratory to ensure smooth and efficient operations. -Involved in the development and implementation of new pathology tests and services.
  

• Drawing blood samples from patients using venipuncture (vein puncture) or capillary puncture (finger or heel prick).
  Identifying and preparing patients for blood draws.
• Explaining procedures to patients and answering their questions.
• Drug and alcohol testing, collecting Urine, Saliva, Hair samples, analysing results.
• DNA testing
• Holter Monitor and Blood pressure monitor applications.
• Sample Handling: Verifying patient information and labeling samples correctly.
  Ensuring proper storage and handling of blood samples to maintain their integrity.
• Preparing and delivering samples to the appropriate laboratory departments.
