I have over 13 years of industry experience across NSW and Queensland in an operations, collections and marketing capacity.

I have demonstrated an enthusiastic willingness to develop my skills with the intention of growing with the company.

I have embraced opportunities to stretch my capacity in my current MLO role, working in various territories including Metro North West, North Sydney and Northern beaches and most recently Central West NSW.

I previously lead a ministry team of 12-18 volunteers for a period of 3 years from 2016-2019.

My responsibilities included organising a team roster, weekly reports, safety reviews, supplies, consumables and logistics.

Over the last 12 months i have shared my experience and knowledge with new MLOs, mentoring them and assisting and supporting their transition into their new role.
