• In the role as an Assistant Service Coordinator, I handle all client and staff matters, oversee staff activities, manage program implementation, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, create staff rosters, coordinate staff schedules, manage MDSS service centers, and prioritize client and family well-being

• In my work I look after clients with extremely high needs and with deal with difficult behaviours in a group home
